Production Coordinator (September 2021 - current)
Track a multiversal amount of digital assets for the Marvel Studio’s first animated MCU project What If…? and Marvel Zombies. Oversee the review process for the 2d/3d hybrid to ensure we stay on schedule. Prioritize tasks for art directors. Breakdown episodes for asset and fx needs, communicate needs of vendor to internal artists, and anticipate needs of director.
Production Assistant (May 2021 - September 2021)
Support art directors, producer,, design department, and onboard artists. Administrative tasks include but not limited to ingesting assets, transcribing director notes, and managing artist calendar.

Director (2020 - 2021)
Delegated tasks to a team of 30, communicate effectively to make sure expectations are clear, promote a positive workplace environment through team activities, and help balance workloads of staff. Work with vendors, continuously overhaul the event planning process to adapt to Covid, distribute massive budget, track tasks, handle confidential information, and help execute weekly events from start to finish

Managed large scale events such as Fallfest Carnival, Gala, and Freezefest Concerts where duties included creating a work schedule, file management, establishing communications across different departments, and adapting to last minute obstacles in a fast paced work environment

Astronaut(y): Team film where I taught myself Unreal and shared appropriate knowledge with my partner. Set up a collaborative file directory workflow and distributed workload amongst team
Mime Time: Managed all aspects of a semester-long animated production. Chase to Nowhere: Set up a year long timeline of this Unreal production, independently sought out resources for asset creation, and provide assignments for multiple animators on the team
Animation Club (2017-current, President in 2021)
Managed RIT Animation Club’s eboard team and discord server. Delegated duties, connect students to appropriate resources, monitor panels, and lead virtual meetings Prepared and executed events such as Substance Painter Workshop, Panel with Activision, Collaborative Art Jam, and Alumni Spotlight. Acted as moderator during time as president and supported community outreach.
